C O N T E N T S1. Introduction to JBAVIARY2. A few e-mails from some of my bird customers3. For reference contacts
======================= 1. INTRODUCTION TO JBAVIARY BEGINS ================================Hi, I am Jim Huang, owner and proprietor of JB Aviary, and I would like to tell you a little bit about my aviary.JB Aviary is divided into two separate climate controlled indoor areas. One area is for the breeding birds and the other area contains incubators, my handfeeding operation, and the young growing fledglings.I currently have over 30 pairs of breeding parrotlets of all colors including the very popular blue pied turquoise and turquoise, 20 breeding pairs of lineolateds in all the color mutations, 16 breeding pairs of Lady Gouldian finches in a great variety of color mutations, and 5 beautiful pairs of owl finches. At any given time, I probably have over 300 young healthy babies and robust young breeders ready to go to good homes.Of course, I can't do it all myself, so I have outside help come in throughout the week to help me with feeding the breeding birds and cleaning, all done under my supervision.Raising birds is much more than a hobby for me. My birds are more than pets, they are like beautiful members of my family. Each one is handfed, by me, since they were seven days old which allows me to bond with each and every one I raise. That alone is my motivation, not profit. I do not take a salary from JB Aviary, instead, all profits are and will be donated to charities.I have enjoyed raising birds for most of my life and I established JB Aviary in 1994. When I retired in 2000 I began to raise parrotlets, in 2006 I added lineolated parakeets to my collections. I have a wealth of practical experience and have done a great deal of research on my own, so that I can give my very best to all of my birds and people who purchase my birds.I welcome you to my web site and invite you to look around. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me. I will do my best to help you and will always do so with honesty and integrity.==================================== END OF INTRODUCTION OF JBAVIARY ======================================E-MAILS FROM SOME OF MY BIRD CUSTOMERS BEGINOur recent purchaseTo:

I have purchased birds from Jim on 5 separate occasions. I have always got what I was told I would get and they have been very healthy birds. The birds I purchased are in my personal breeding stock doing very well. If I have any concerns about any of my birds I find Jim to be a very helpful source of information . I would highly recommend him to anyone interested in the type birds he breeds. Prices do vary from one breeder to another breeder. I find quality bred birds are more expensive, but well worth it. Jim raises top quality birds and the information he shares from years of experience is well worth it. If you ever get the chance to meet Jim, you will find he is a delight to talk to and he always makes time available to help you with any problems you may encounter with any of your birds. I have had a few birds get sick as most people do, and I called Jim for advise, he was glad to tell me what to do and my birds are all well today thanks to him. I was most impressed when he took time out of his busy schedule to call me back and follow up on how my birds were doing. Thanks for all your help Jim, and I hope you continue to do well with your birds. I look forward to my next purchase and visit with you.

Friday, May 8, 2009 12:19 PM From:"Leitner, Kathy" Kathy.Leitner@aig.com To:"'huang4102@sbcglobal.net'" <huang4102@sbcglobal.net> I was referred to Jim Huang of JB Aviary in 2005 by an avian veterinarian, Dr. Gary Harwell. Before opening his private practice, Dr. Harwell was a lead veterinarian for about 20 years for the Houston Zoological Gardens which houses many birds. Dr. Harwell spoke highly of Jim Huang which prompted me to contact him regarding buying birds. I have had a very satisfactory business relationship with Jim ever since and have purchased at least 20 birds from him, always at a very reasonable price. All of the birds have been in excellent health and of good size and color. Jim has always treated me fairly and with respect. His approximately 40 years of keeping and breeding birds makes him a valuable source of avian information. His guidance has helped me immensely with both my parrotlets and finches. Jim loves birds. Bird keeping is much more than a business for him. It is also a beloved hobby to which he is devoted and spends most of each day working with his birds. He cares deeply for his older or disabled birds and has rescued many birds over the years, assuring that they have good homes. His breeder birds are kept in a climate controlled aviary and fed premium seeds and top quality egg food. His kindness and concern towards his birds, and me, plus his long experience and willingness to share his bird keeping knowledge are major reasons why I will always be Jim Huang’s customer. Dear Jim, Recently I posted Simon's babies, on my website. As you may recall, I purchased Simon a gorgeous pied and a few dilutes from you last year. They have produced amazing babies and Oliver is my first fallow pied. Thank you for the hospitality you extended to us several months ago. You went out of your way to provide such a lovely lunch and wine. I appreciated your handfeeding lesson. Your birds, especially the babies are among the most beautiful and robust I have ever seen and I have indeed visited a number of aviaries in my time. I look forward to the day of the unveiling of some your "special parrotlets". If and when you retire, I would like to be the first in line to purchase one. My husband and I are looking forward to dropping by next week on our way to Galveston. Thanks again Gaile Hileman Parrotlet Heaven Dear JimTo:

Dear Jim,
I wanted to drop you a note to thank you for the birds I purchased from you. Over the period of several years, I purchased several and all of the birds are beautiful, exactly as you described them and are doing well and producing.
I look forward to having more of your birds in my Aviary.
Thanks again, Jim
